This is an opportunity to join one of the world’s leading disputes and investigations practices, working on high-profile commercial disputes, international arbitrations, loss and damage claims, business valuations, post-acquisition disputes, financial investigations and litigation matters.

You’ll work alongside recognised expert witnesses, leading litigation lawyers and senior corporate clients on matters that are often business-critical and financially significant.

This role offers a genuine pathway to Director for an ambitious forensic accounting professional looking to take ownership of engagements, develop client relationships and build their profile in the market.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Manager / Associate Director, you will:

• Lead complex forensic accounting, damages quantification and valuation engagements.
• Manage multiple assignments across commercial disputes, litigation support, investigations and expert witness matters.
• Oversee financial analysis, loss assessments, business valuations and financial modelling.
• Review and contribute to expert reports for use in courts, tribunals and arbitration proceedings.
• Manage and mentor junior team members, providing technical guidance and development support.
• Work directly with Partners, legal counsel, corporate clients and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and help identify new opportunities within the market.
• Build your reputation as a trusted adviser and future expert witness.

About You

We are interested in speaking with candidates currently operating at Senior Manager, Manager, Associate Director or equivalent level within:

• Forensic Accounting
• Commercial Damages
• Disputes & Investigations

You will ideally have:

• CA or CPA qualification.
• Strong financial analysis and modelling skills.
• Experience leading engagements and managing client relationships.
• Excellent report writing and communication skills.
• A genuine interest in disputes, investigations and expert witness work.
• The ability to lead, mentor and develop junior professionals.
