The Role

• Lead a diverse portfolio of business & share valuations across disputes, regulatory matters and major transactions—covering loss of profits/damages, class actions and commercial disputes—plus tax/financial reporting valuations, Independent Expert Reports (IERs) and Purchase Price Allocations (PPAs).
• Apply recognised valuation methods and deliver clear, defensible reports that stand up to challenge in court, by regulators, and in boardrooms.
• Draft expert reports for courts, regulators, boards and government clients
• Collaborate with Directors and Partners on practice growth and client relationships

We are looking for

• Experience in valuations from either a Valuations, Forensic Accounting or Corporate Finance firm (mid-tier or Big-4 ideal)
• 2-3 years post qualified CA/CPA; BV Specialisation (CA ANZ), CFA or ASA highly regarded.
