For more than 20 years, I’ve helped business leaders build high-performing specialist teams across Australia and internationally.  Over the last decade, my focus has been almost exclusively within forensic accounting, fraud and investigations, data analytics, forensic technology and loss adjusting recruitment.

These are highly specialised markets where the best candidates are rarely actively applying for roles.  The positions I work on often require a unique combination of technical expertise, commercial judgement and stakeholder management, making the difference between a capable hire and the right hire critical.

I partner with advisory firms, Big 4 and mid-tier practices, insurers, law firms, consulting firms, regulatory bodies and government organisations on both contingent and retained search assignments.  My work spans forensic accounting, fraud investigation, disputes and litigation support, eDiscovery, digital forensics, forensic technology, cyber investigations, data analytics and loss adjusting appointments.

Over the years, I’ve built a strong reputation for understanding these markets beyond the brief itself – knowing where to find the strongest candidates, what motivates them to move, and how to manage recruitment processes effectively in highly competitive sectors.  I’ve developed long-term relationships with both clients and candidates and genuinely enjoy helping to create the right fit for both sides.

Originally from the UK, I relocated to Sydney more than a decade ago and have since developed an extensive network across the Australian market while maintaining strong international connections.

Outside of recruitment, I’m passionate about the arts and regularly perform in theatre productions and choirs. I also enjoy spending time at the theatre, opera, cinema and live concerts.
